Here you will find everything you need for your reservation, availability and pricing.

In the calendar here you can see when the Villa Manatee is available.
You can rent Villa Manatee as long as you want to but we prefer a minimum period of a week.
In the price list below you will find the pricing per week. The price fluctuates a little dependent on season.

If you like to rent the house for a longer period of a week you can calculate the prices by dividing the weekly price by 7.  If you want to stay for longer periods please contact us for a quote.

Electricity  15 cents / Kwh (typically USD 50 – 70 per week)
Deposition  USD 500

During Holiday Seasons, Christmas & New Years and Easter there will be a surcharge of 20 %
